Retry qgis (3.4.5+dfsg-1) on armhf

OK. It failed (segfaulted) twice in the same place, on antheil and
hasse, but then worked on arnold.

All the same hardware. The only difference in the database is that
Arnold claims to be armel, not armhf. Not sure what that means in practice. 

Not sure what to make of that. The segfault doesn't seem to be just random
so is probably worth investigating.
