The man pages say

      SOURCE CODE
             Available at: v.to.points source code (history)

             Main index | Vector index | Topics index | Keywords index | Graphical index | Full index

OK that's great. But non of that is clickable in a man page environment.
Not useful at all.

Better would be just include some URL.
