My gut says it just inherent to the arch, mips* tends to be problematic.

I don't know how to fix the "Error: branch out of range" issues, so I'll
ask ftp-master to remove qgis from mipsel to unblock testing migration.
qgis is currently only one of several issues that prevent testing
migration of the qt packages.
