As that was only uploaded today, I'm waiting for more builds to succeed.

Since the autopkgtest failures are likely going to block testing
migration of proj and the rdeps rebuilt for the transition. I'm
considering move proj 6.2.0 & pyproj 2.3.1 to unstable in the next few
days, but I'm first going to wait for the aging of the packages uploaded
during the transition. If the migration doesn't happen then, I'll upload
to unstable.
