Remove myself from uploaders

I have not uploaded geographiclib since the early days when I was
learning about transitions in Debian. And I don't use the package myself.

In any case, I need to reduce the number of upåstreams I am monitoring due to
lack of time.

There is no urgency for uploading just for this change (or I would have
done it myself).
