Do you rely on the debian/ prefix for these tags?

If not, configuring debian-tag in gbp.conf as follows would be better:

 debian-tag = apt.postgresql.org/%(version)s

I.e. using the same prefix for the tag as the branch per:

 https://debian-gis-team.pages.debian.net/policy/repositories.html#git-tags
