Unfortunately my account is expired. I should create a ticket on
rt.debian.org to request re-activation as described in [1], but I don't
have a GPG key that meets requirements.
I have already ad a re-activation request rejected in the past for this
reason.

Yes I would really appreciate if you could make a test for me.
In any case the fix is quite straightforward and I'm pretty sure it will
work.
If you want we could just make a new upload. By sure we will not break
anything.
