Third party repos should not suggest reporting bugs in Debian the
prevent issues like this. But at least they list it as last resort.

The PGDG packages use the same source packages as Debian so many
packaging issues affect Debian as well, so the BTS can be used for those
issues that affect Debian as well.

This bugreport is not about packaging, and not even about Debian. So
definitely not appropriate for the Debian BTS.
