QGIS under Debian Testing

Hi,
==> is there a repository which satisfies dependencies under Debian Testing?

With a clean Debian Buster installation, I can install QGIS 3.16.1 from 
<https://qgis.org/debian/>.  I switched to Debian Testing. Always at release 
changes, like today, I get a lot of updates, which finally force me to 
uninstall QGIS or ignore a lot of updates. Now, I can only install QGIS 
3.10.12 from Debian Testing, ignoring the QGIS repositories. Switching to 
<https://qgis.org/debian-nightly-release> does not help. 

Even with Debian sid I cannot install QGIS 3.16.1.

My last resort would be Docker - but I would prefer a 'native' installation.
