The changelog entry for that is quite verbose, usually the following is
used:

 * Move from experimental to unstable.

But as long as it contains "to unstable" it doesn't trigger the lintian tag:

sphinx-common provides
/usr/share/sphinx/themes/basic/static/language_data.js_t which seems to
be the template used to generate the file.

A lintian override should be added with a comment to document that
sphinx cannot be used for language_data.js.
