Not on my system.

I have libc6 (2.30-2) since 2020-03-14 06:59:08.

qgis-provides was upgrade from 3.10.3+dfsg-1 to 3.10.3+dfsg-1+b1 on
2020-03-19 05:38:47.

It upgraded without issues:

 Setting up qgis-providers (3.10.3+dfsg-1+b1) ...
 Setting up libqgis-customwidgets (3.10.3+dfsg-1+b1) ...
