Don't do this, we use @lists.alioth.debian.org everywhere as documented
in the team policy:

 https://debian-gis-team.pages.debian.net/policy/policy.html#debian-control

Changing the Maintainer email address breaks DDPO and other tools that
use the email address.

This change has been reverted and a new upload to unstable will follow
shortly.
