The rules have been updated to test for the existence of
/usr/include/$(DEB_BUILD_MULTIARCH)/qt5/Qt3DExtras/qt3dextrasversion.h
and won't use the embedded copy of the headers when it does.

qgis (3.10.6+dfsg-1~exp1) is currently in NEW, this change will be
included in the upload to unstable once it gets through NEW.
