python3-zarr depends on python3-numcodecs which is not available on some
(release) architectures, see:

 https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=numcodecs&suite=sid

This prevents the build of pyresample on those architectures.

pyresample and its rdeps will need to be removed on those architectures
to allow testing migration.
