Hello Debian GIS Project,

There is a circular dependency between libapache2-mod-tile and renderd:

libapache2-mod-tile 	:Depends: renderd | tirex
renderd 	        :Depends: libapache2-mod-tile

Circular dependencies are known to cause problems during upgrade,
so we should try to avoid them.
