This is a know issue, and a workaround has already been committed in git.

The recent removal of the deprecated RPC support in glibc created an
issue in libdap [0] and ogdi-dfsg [1] which both cause gdal to FTBFS
too. These need to be fixed as well before a new upload of gdal can happen.
