cftime cannot be cross built from source, because it has unsatisfiable
Build-Depends. Instead of looking into such a difficult problem, I
looked for easily droppable dependencies and noticed that all of
python3-coverage, python3-pytest and python3-pytest-cov are only used
for testing. Please consider applying the attached patch to annotate
them <!nocheck>.
