Apparently it is not possible to use c++filt (as described in 
https://wiki.debian.org/UsingSymbolsFiles) on top of the sybbol file 
generated with pkgkde-symbolshelper.

By the way the symbol file is now updated.

Please also not theat the the PR about SOVERSIOn on the upstream project 
(https://github.com/Esri/lerc/pull/188) has been merged.
No changes are neded on our side.

The package should be now ready to complete the review.
