python-pyproj (3.3.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release.
  * Only build for the default Python, numpy has not been built with 3.10 yet.
  * Move from experimental to unstable.

This is not helpful during a transition where support for Python 3.10 is
added. This prevents pyresample from being built. Please revert
