Which version of lintian are you using, 2.115.1~bpo11+1? This did not
trigger with 2.115.3 on my system.
While GDAL has vendored copies of JPEG and other libraries in its source
tree, these are not used for the Debian package:
* GeoTIFF
libgeotiff library (external)
* PNG
PNG compression library (external)
* JPEG
JPEG compression library (external)
libgdal32 is linked against libgeotiff5 (>= 1.6.0), libpng16-16 (>=
1.6.2-1), and libjpeg62-turbo (>= 1.3.1).
I could add an override, but lintian would complain about that because
the issue is not triggered with the version in unstable.
