Oh, yeah, looking into fixing this over the next weeks. Also talked to the pygeoapi maintainers about improving the handling of external libraries being included in the template files (which are most of the lintian errors and warnings). This issue is the current result/state of conversation: https://github.com/geopython/pygeoapi/issues/1302

Yes, still work in progress. Unfortunately pygeoapi is handling their copyright currently on file base, but they might simplify it: https://github.com/geopython/pygeoapi/issues/1303
