Dear Maintainer,

Executing

    qgis_process --help

results in the error

    Command --noversioncheck not known!

It was expected to output the help page

It appears this is due to sourcing /etc/default/qgis which includes the
--noversioncheck option although that option only applies to qgis and not
qgis_process.

Calling qgis_process.bin directly and making sure to include the grass path
works around the issue.
