Hi

I am trying to remove unnecessary uses of `fakeroot` in the Debian
archive in the hope that we can eventually remove it from the set of key
packages. As useful as `fakeroot` has been, it is a fragile solution
that has had extended periods of RC bugs because it is complex to keep
the LD_PRELOAD magic up to date.

In that regard, I had a look at `grass` and it explicitly
`Build-Depends` on `fakeroot`. The changelog references a
`htmlgen-fakeroot.dpatch` back from 2009 or so.

However, I cannot find said patch nor a tool called htmlgen, so suspect
this build-dependency might be obsolete.

Please consider having a look and drop the `fakeroot` Build-Dependency
if it is no longer relevant.

Best Regards,
Niels
