   * What led up to the situation?
   Installation of pyhdf via pip. It fails because hdfi.h cannot be found.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
   I am on testing. When using https://www.debian.org/distrib/packages#search_contents this file is not in testing. But it is listed for unstable. However the unstable version does also not contain the file.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
