Doris not migrating to testing

Hi Sebastiaan.
could you please help me to understand why doris is not migration to 
testing?

For what I can see "python3-doris/arm64 has unsatisfiable dependency" an 
looking at the build logs the guilty apparently is libtriangle-dev, but 
libtriangle is available in arm64 bot sid and testing.

Do you have any idea?
