Hello,

The Git repository of openstreetmap-carto [1] contains a directory
called "style" with various files that are necessary to work with
openstreetmap-carto, e.g. if one wants to use this Debian project
package instead of pulling from Git if following the Switch2OSM
instructions for Debian 12 [2].

This directory is missing from openstreetmap-carto-common.install, where
other 'data' directories like "symbols" are included. This bug can be
easily fixed by adding "style" below "symbols" in a similar manner.

Another minor issue that can be fixed as you touch the package: In
"rules" there is this "chmod -x" invocation referring to an upstream bug
report from 2021. This problem has been fixed upstream and the chmod is
no longer necessary. Simplifies code ...
