Bug#1121851: routino's upstream Makefile fails to abort on failure

Source: routino
Version: 3.4.3-2
Severity: serious
Justification: policy 4.6
routino's upstream Makefile runs it's subdirectory make invocations in a
shell loop. In doing so, it does not propagate failure. If some command
fails, it continues building other subdirectories and even exits
successfully. Such behavior is in violation of Debian policy section 4.6
as it may result in wrongly built packages going undetected.
