[Git][debian-gis-team/kerchunk] Pushed new branch master

Pushed a fix for Upstream-Contact in debian/copyright which was generated incorrectly.

The Salsa CI i386 build failure shows that the jobs needs to be disabled, and architecture skipped for autopkgtest because the build dependencies are not installable there.
