Let's not trigger testing autoremoval for this issue.

No idea how to find out why qgis gets removed. Might be the removal of qtwebkit.
Upgrading qgis between apt upgrade and apt full-upgrade works around the removal.
The removal also doesn't happen when qgis from bookworm-backports is installed, this should be the case for most actual users of qgis.
