stream-zip upstream git repo is gone

uscan is failing for the stream-zip package because the github repo is gone, the uktrade namespace is still there.

You may want to get in touch with sre at digital.trade.gov.uk about that.

PyPI has no new releases since September 2024, which might suggests that the plug was pulled on this project.
