Bug#1127290: tilemaker: libboost-system-dev package is obsolete with boost 1.89 and newer

Just dropping boost-system is not sufficient, there are two PRs upstream to fix issues with 1.89:

  https://github.com/systemed/tilemaker/pull/871
  https://github.com/systemed/tilemaker/pull/872

Specifically the changes for boost::sort are required.

Neither PR applies cleanly, and as someone not actually using this package I can't find the motivation to make them work.

The package is also affected by #1127305.

Not sure if it's worth fixing this issue, the last upstream release is from 2024.

It might be better to remove the package from Debian.

Felix, are you willing and able to resolve these issues or should we go ahead and remove the package?
