totalopenstation autoppkgtest is failing with the new pygeoif.

I'm tagging this bug as serious to avoid eventual removal
of totalopenstation from Testing (that's not the outcome I hope for)
and then migration of pygeoif.


I checked totalopenstation upstream but could not find any easy fix.
