Looks like all rdeps unconditionally use -lepr_api, they all built successfully with 2.3-1~exp1.


Transition: epr-api

  libepr-api2 (2.3~dev20150708-14) -> libepr-api3 (2.3-1~exp1)

The status of the most recent rebuilds is as follows.

  doris  (5.0.3~beta+dfsg-18) OK
  gmtsar (6.6+ds-1)           OK
  pyepr  (1.3.0-1)            OK


Because of the docs included in libepr-api3 it cannot be marked Multi-Arch: same, the docs need to be move to libepr-api-dev, which will require dpkg-maintscript-helper to replace the README.txt.gz symlink with a real file.
