I worked locally on 0.7.x back in July 2025 but with no luck.
That doesn't mean I don't take care of TOPS, FYI.

You probably don't give a f&*k about TOPS, but I won't spend another NEW
cycle to get it back in Debian in future.
If this gives you trouble, feel free to turn off your radar on TOPS;
Debian GIS != sebastic.
