Apparently this tag was created before the upload of the source package, Lucas detected the inclusion of my subsequent commit to fix Salsa CI:

To prevent these mismatches is why the documented workflow tags the release after the upload:

I've deleted the tag and recreated it to match what was uploaded to the archive.

All local working copied need to delete this tag and pull the new tag from Salsa.
