libapache2-mod-tile trixie-backports for CORS fix?

Hi Bas,

There is a bug in libapache2-mod-tile 0.8.0-1 (Trixie stable) where CORS variable initialization with an empty string instead of NULL breaks tile access when Origin headers are sent. The fix is in 0.8.1-1 (forky/testing, commit ba27f1b).

I'd like to prepare a trixie-backports package. Should I:
* Wait for your 0.8.1-2 upload, or
* Backport 0.8.1-1 now?

I can handle the packaging and submit via Salsa for your review if helpful.
