Not really needed, as GCC 14 won't be dropped from testing just yet. Anyway it'd
be nice to reduce the number of rdeps, and separating the upload from a new
upstream release means if there's any issues it's easier to pinpoint the cause.
But I'd leave it up to you.
I'm bumping the severity to serious as this is technically a release blocker for
the removal of GCC 14, just so that we have it on our radar, and since I'm
filing other GCC 14 bugs as RC.
