Thanks for the quick fix.

That suggests that none of the exclude patterns matches, they do now:

  Successfully repacked ../GMTSAR_V6.7.tar as ../gmtsar_6.7+ds.orig.tar.xz, deleting 109 files from it.
  uscan info: New orig.tar.* tarball version (after mk-origtargz): 6.7+ds

No other unmatched patterns are reported.
