Dear Maintainers,

I'm trying to reduce the size of the key_package set
https://release.debian.org/key-packages.html

pooch is such a key package,
and is transitively pulling python3-xxhash
into the set.

Please not the python3-xxhash build-dependency as <!nocheck>.

Beyond that, it might interresting to add python3-xxhash as a runtime "Suggets:"
