Review comment:

That's an impressive piece of work on that debian/copyright file and all of the
lintian overrides.  Wow!

My license-check tool reckons there's a combination of GPL and Apache license in
there.  I can certainly see the Apache, but I couldn't see anything that was GPL
only - i.e. not GPL or later, but the only one I could see in there was a mention
of "if public domain doesn't work for you pick MIT, BSD or GPL at your option"
which wouldn't conflict with Apache.
