Probably. For now I've only added the it only for packages that actually use build profiles, but it's good to have for almost all packages.

Packages that take a long time to build and don't use build profiles are likely better off without these CI jobs, the gdal CI pipeline takes 4 hours for example.

Having the build profile CI jobs in our Salsa CI configuration by default is probably a good default which we can change for packages were it doesn't add much value or is costly.
