Bug#1137148: gdal: Please drop dependencies on virtual packages from mysql-defaults

Looks like the upstream build systems currently requires the compat package, switching to libmariadb-dev results in configure failure:

  -- Could NOT find MySQL (missing: MYSQL_LIBRARY MYSQL_INCLUDE_DIR)
  CMake Error at cmake/helpers/CheckDependentLibrariesCommon.cmake:215 (message):
    Configured to use MYSQL, but not found

Changing the dependencies to libmariadb-dev-compat works, but I suspect that package will go away too, is that correct?
