Bug#1146573: pyresample: FTBFS against python 3.15rc2

Hi!

While rebuilding the python related packages against the Python 3.15rc2
version we found that pyresample fails to build from source [1].

The problem is that with the new GEOS the list of vertices now starts at
a different vertex. This is implementation specific in GEOS, it
shouldn't be relied upon.

As far as I could find, there was no upstream fix for this. I'm
attaching a possible fix that might be forwarded upstream. What this
does is try all possible starting vertices until it finds a match, or
fall back to the original check if it doesn't.

I've applied this fix in the sandbox [2] to be able to build the
packages that depend on pyresample, please consider applying the patch
to support the upcoming 3.15 version.
