Bug#1147286: pycsw: please patch-out trivial usage of python3-mock

Dear Maintainer,


python3-mock is an obsolete package.
"mock" has been merge in the Python Standard Library a long time ago,
around the times of Python3.7

Please consider this trivial pseudo-patch that would help remove
the few remaining usage of this library from Debian.

There is no defined timeline yet that says wether this should happen
before of after Forky is released.
