Please don't set the distribution unless you intent to actually update<br>
the packaging in that state (`dch -r` is the last thing you do, and<br>
usually in a separate commit). The distribution should remain UNRELEASED<br>
until the packaging is ready for upload. Which it currently is not, the<br>
removal of the static library needs to be documented in the changelog at<br>
