[Pkg-gridengine-devel] two bugs reported on launchpad, not Debian BTS

 I use Ubuntu, so I reported two bugs on launchpad instead of the
Debian BTS.  I assume they apply to the Debian pkg, too, but I don't
know how to tell launchpad to forward them to create entries in
Debian's BTS, if it's even possible to have it send mail to
submit at bugs.debian.org.

 The bugs are simple and I've already found the fix for one of them,
so I'll just send mail here instead of reporting the bugs to Debian
myself and linking it all up to Ubuntu.  (Besides, the bugs are
packaging bugs, but I don't think Ubuntu modifies the packaging...)

Anyway, the bugs are:
chown instead of chmod in postinst:
