Package: gridengine
Version: 6.2-4
Severity: wishlist

Hi!
Thanks for maintaining Sun GridEngine in Debian!

As stated in [1], "Sun has ceased to use or recommend" the SISSL
license.

However, by looking at the debian/copyright file of this package,
it seems gridengine is still under the SISSL.

My personal opinion on the SISSL is not overly positive: I would
love seeing gridengine re-licensed under better terms, such as
those of the GNU GPL v2 [2], of the Expat/MIT [3], or of the
Apache v2 [4].

Could this be asked to Sun, please?

Thanks for your time.
