[Pkg-gridengine-devel] Bug#644929: Bug occurs with shared home dirs and public key auth

I was able to narrow this down to only occuring when users have a shared home directory (in our case NFS mounted) and some kind of public key authentication for ssh (either user based or host based). Since public key authentication is required for things like qsub, I don't see any good workarounds. 

Performing a normal ssh connection always works fine.
