Hi,

The source package Sun Grid Engine 6.2u5 could support alpha, ppc64, and sparc64 ports.
Here is buildlog attached on ppc64.

On Grid Engine 2011.11p1, arm64, armel, armhf, and s390x ports might be also supported.

On the other hand, mips and mipsel ports failed to build, 
possibly rewriting of debian/linux32-wrapper may be necessity.
