I've updated it with source package files based on what I hope will be
the 8.1.3 release.  (I didn't think the tar file name was important, but
I don't are about it.)  It's probably best not to put that in
experimental just yet, but with luck I'll be able to make a release on
Monday or Tuesday, and then it would be useful to upload it.
